Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited and will incur a $1000 fee. If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash or smell within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee. Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Pets are permitted in the house for an additional cleaning fee of $75. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house. A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout as we may need to clean and prepare for the next guest. Early check in is available for $50 as expedited cleaning will need to be arranged. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Reporting Issues: If a guest identifies any broken items, damages, cleanliness issues, or other repair needs, they must report these issues to us immediately. Access for Repairs: Guests must allow us access to the property to address and fix any reported problems. Our team or authorized professionals will make arrangements to enter the property at a mutually convenient time. Refusal of Access or Lack of reporting: If the guest refuses access for repairs or maintenance, it will be assumed that the guest is satisfied with the current condition of the property. In such cases, the guest will not be eligible for any refunds, reimbursements, or further claims related to the reported issues. False Claims: If an investigation determines that the claims made by the guest are false or unfounded, the guest will be responsible for any costs incurred for inspections, assessments, or any services provided by inspectors, technicians, or specialists called in to address the reported issues.
